About the attempt of bringing back (returning) of Iraqi’s  asylum seekers to Kurdistan region in north of Iraq  {from Archive}

 

 

According of the foreign minister about Kurdistan section which said that this province is a safety place where it means it is suitable to bringing back Iraqi’s asylum seekers to this burning dangerous region … we want  to register many notes or statements…

Firstly we want to ask about the legal basis of bringing back any one to a place he ask the protection from a danger threaten his life their in this region or place..

Here we can remind our memory (or who want to read the situation) for many many reasons for these dangers which registered by many international organizations … we can speak here about six millions mines  in different fields in Kurdistan and the two governments of region haven’t  the map which can discover where it is & haven’t the power to remove it… these mines killed hundreds of children …

Also we remind here for all crimes of those terrorists whom sprinkling(splashing) incendiary (burning) acids on women’s faces and thousands of them killed by those                                     

 terrorists beside the group of the Arabic Afghans whom called (Jund el-islam) who made different crimes in the section, by the way just before many days they try to assassinate (kill) the prime minister of the government in Sulaymaniya 

Turkey & Iran and many other countries try to interpose(intervene) in different matters & affairs of the section so we found the army of Turkey invaded the region many times caused destruction and death for people…

For those who send them the regime of Saddam we saw different acts of sabotage or subversives activities like killing, assassinating , kidnapping , blasting bombs …

And who can say that this region will not be invaded by Saddam s troops in any time or at least to stay around the section threaten people and make their life under fear ness all the time …

And not the last thing the abilities of the two governments are too limited to comprise(contain) any new numbers of people esp. under the circumstances of international sanctions and also of entire sanctions of the dictatorial regime of Baghdad…

After many years there are children learned Dutch , some of them do not know the language of their parents ,others saw their life here in Holland & they can not make their life under fighting with terrorists and other dangers …

Due to all these reasons can we send asylum seekers to the burning place ?or to the sure death or tortures and suffering? ..we can say that is an act against human rights and against all laws & rules and constitutions  .. so we hope to find the suitable resolution beyond of suffering and human tortures & pains .We are sure that the justice will overcome with your helping ……..
